Rejected mate stories seem to go either really good or really bad. This was a good one if you remove the rejected mate aspect. I loved Dell and if you ignore the past the guys were great. But the past is the big issue I have. These “mates” totally “love” her but abandon her out of nowhere because a stranger tells them he had a vision of her death if they stay then leaves without any additional explanation. Ok let’s say they left to be safe but in 5 years...again for those in the back 5 YEARS...they didn’t even attempt to look into the matter and basically shrugged their shoulders and enjoyed banging everything that moved. If they cared for her, they should have devoted themselves to finding the threat against her or at least looked more into the seer but instead they are like “let’s bang girls for free tattoos” which causes her debilitating pain every time they cheat. They abandon her, cause her horrible pain daily for 5 years and she goes to kill them or break the bond but what happens? Within days (yes days!) she’s forgiven them because they are her mates and they are sorry. I couldn’t roll my eyes hard enough. Tag and somewhat Axel were more forgivable but the others? Really?! Despite this it is a good read and is well written. Just the idea of this strong woman forgiving them so quickly with no true groveling is infuriating. So this got three stars because it didn't go into a lot of detail.None of where they were or was from. Describing very little in the world or people. I guess its like I'm told not shown🤷The other thing is ,I like not having their cheating threw in my face except the first one. But we didn't get the feel of it . Like I said told . The only reason it bothered me was because they did leave for a stupid reason and they cheated without any thought at all ..other than I'm never seeing her again so I need to satisfy myself. Biggest thing was they really weren't remorseful😒 didn't get that vibe at all. Mostly just said man I hate it hurt her awww. Oh how sweet. Just decided for themself it was ok and they could just be in her life because she showed up ...right after one got done with getting sexualy paid from a client 😒 ...
