He has his heart set on a promotion that he’s finely up for. He’s also openly gay except at work and plans to keep it that way since it hasn’t turned out so well for others on the force.Cross spots Nash at a bar one night and can’t take his eyes off him. He decides to find out who the sexy man is and goes over and bumps into him, only that doesn’t go as planned. He introduces himself to Nash and follows him outside when Nash leaves. Both are walking a fine line. Nash doesn’t want his club to know he prefers men. Cross keeps his sexuality a secret from the other cops. Neither is willing to give everything up but then fate steps in. Turns out their attraction and love is stronger than either can resist.
